Support

tKnowIT provides computer support and other IT support to home users, small businesses and start-up businesses.

We offer support when it is needed, with no contracts required. If you have a problem we will provide support, if you don't have a problem then there's nothing to pay.

tKnowIT offer email, phone and onsite support. We also offer remote support directly interacting with your server, desktop, laptop or netbook so long as you can get an internet connection.

Telephone Support

Often your first contact with tKnowIT will be by phone.

If you have a problem that can be resolved most efficiently over the phone then we can offer to talk you through the steps to resolve the problem over the phone. This can often be a more convenient and faster than an onsite visit.

Phone support is charged in 30 minute units.

Phone support can be followed up by email, onsite or remote support

 

Remote Support

tKnowIT is able to resolve many problems using a remote support system.

So long as your computer can connect to the internet then this option may offer the most effective follow-up support solution after an initial phone call. If an internet connection can not be acquired then the next steps would require an onsite support visit. 

 

Onsite Support

tKnowIT offers onsite technical support.

Some problems can not be fixed by phone, email or remote support services. Some probems will need tKnowIT to visit your premises to resolve problems or to install new equipment such as printers, wireless broadband routers.

 

 

E-Mail Support

tKnowIT offers email support to business users and home users.

Work from home or away

Do you want your staff to work from home or whilst away from the office ?

tKnowIT can povide you with solutions that allow your staff to access office systems even when they are not in the office.

This can be useful if strikes or weather conditions prevent staff getting to the office or your staff are on one of your clients sites and need to access some information quickly.

This could simply be the need to check emails and synchronise your schedule whilst out of the office or it could be a more advanced requirement where you need staff to have access to all their documents and programs as they would have if they were sat at their desk in the office.
